All orders are shipped from Germany.
Each item is packed by hand, with care taken to protect fragile and one-of-a-kind objects during transit. Wherever possible, we reuse clean and intact packaging materials to reduce waste, without compromising protection.
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
For larger, fragile, or special items, dispatch times may vary. Any extended handling time will be clearly noted before purchase.
We ship from Germany to selected international destinations.

All shipments are sent with tracking and insurance.
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in the order confirmation.
As a general guide:
Estimated delivery times (working days):
• Germany: approximately 3–7 working days
• European Union (non-Germany): approximately 5–11 working days
• UK & Switzerland: approximately 7–14 working days
• Europe (non-EU): approximately 7–18 working days
• Asia: approximately 7–14 working days

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local carrier handling, or circumstances outside our control.
No VAT is charged on orders from this shop under the German small business regulation (§19 UStG).
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may be charged by the destination country upon import. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. We do not collect these charges at checkout and are unable to estimate them in advance.
If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, any additional costs incurred may be deducted from the refund, in accordance with applicable law.
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the packaging and item, so we can assess the situation.
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or the customer being unavailable to receive the parcel, the customer is responsible for any resulting shipping or handling costs.
This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal.
