For private clients and design professionals drawn to The Linie’s curatorial eye, sourcing can extend beyond the current collection to individual objects, interior selections and professional projects.
For private clients and design professionals
The Linie works from either a defined brief or a more open spatial direction, sourcing antique and vintage objects that align with the collection’s form-led approach.
For clients who already have an idea of what they are looking for, sourcing can respond to requirements such as scale, material, period, origin, budget and overall character.
For more open briefs, The Linie can propose suitable object types, scales and combinations in response to a space, followed by a focused sourced selection.
Sourcing focus
Japan is a particular focus within The Linie’s sourcing practice, including antique and vintage objects, ceramics, craft and sculptural pieces sourced directly from Japan.
Across Europe, The Linie sources modernist, post-war and other form-led objects, with selected sourcing from elsewhere in Asia where it fits the brief.
Pieces may stand alone or be combined across origins through form, proportion, material and sculptural presence.
For interior designers, architects, showrooms, retailers and other design-led businesses
The Linie works with professional clients on residential, hospitality, retail and other interior projects, as well as longer-term trade relationships.
Support can include selections from the current collection, multi-object quotations, additional sourcing and international delivery coordination.
Selected acquisitions and private selections may also be shared before public release. Project or trade pricing and temporary reserves may be available where appropriate.
